Vendor Terms & Conditions

By registering to become a vendor on our dropship marketplace, you hereby acknowledge and agree to comply with all of our terms and conditions, which are subject to change at our sole discretion. As a vendor, you are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you provide, including product descriptions, pricing, and shipping details. Additionally, you warrant and represent that all products you list on our platform are legal, meet all applicable regulatory requirements, and are in compliance with our policies and guidelines.

1. **Vendor Agreement**: By registering as a vendor on our marketplace, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. **Custom Clothing Production**: The marketplace owner will produce the custom clothing based on the vendor’s specifications provided at the time of order placement.
3. **Order Fulfillment**: The marketplace owner will be responsible for fulfilling all orders placed by customers on behalf of the vendor.
4. **Quality Control**: The marketplace owner will ensure that all custom clothing produced meets high-quality standards before shipping to customers.
5. **Payment**: Vendors will receive payment for their sales after deducting applicable fees as outlined in the vendor agreement.
6. **Shipping and Delivery**: The marketplace owner will handle shipping and delivery of all orders to customers in a timely manner.
7. **Returns and Refunds**: Any returns or refunds requested by customers will be handled by the marketplace owner according to our return policy.
8. **Intellectual Property**: Vendors are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to use any logos, designs, or trademarks on their custom clothing.
9. **Compliance**: Vendors must comply with all local laws and regulations related to the production and sale of custom clothing.
10. **Termination**: The marketplace owner reserves the right to terminate a vendor’s account if they violate these terms and conditions or engage in any fraudulent activities.

By registering as a vendor on our marketplace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Please note that we reserve the right to terminate your vendor account at any time if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity, or if you violate any of our terms and conditions. By using our platform, you acknowledge and accept that it is provided on an “as is” basis and that we do not guarantee the availability or performance of our services.
